Education Requirements

State License Completion Requirements

1. Register for an account in eLicense, the Agency's online license management system.
2. Apply for a broker license and pay application fee in eLicense.
3. Complete 150 hours of required broker pre-license education to become eligible to take the license exam.
4. Schedule and pay for license exam online or at (833) 892-5441 with PSI.
5. Pass the State and National sections of the broker license exam.
6. Pay and get fingerprinted for the required background check while at a PSI test center. (The background check can take several weeks to process. Please consider visiting the PSI test center to be fingerprinted and start the background check before completing the education hours.)
