*Service agreement is only available to buyers and sellers represented by Coldwell Banker Mountain West Real Estate, Inc. for as long as you own your home. Servicing Marion and Polk counties, and parts of Linn, Benton and Yamhill counties. Only single family residences, manufactured homes 2005 or newer, and residential investment units (unit limits may apply). Outbuildings not covered. All covered items must be in normal operating condition at close of escrow. When possible, repairs will be performed at no cost, with the exception of charging for parts, materials and permits.
