Rob Jellesed, CCIM, is a commercial real estate broker and investment advisor based in Medford, Oregon, specializing in income-producing properties, multifamily investments, and owner-user commercial real estate throughout Southern Oregon and the Willamette Valley. Rob’s involvement in professional real estate began in 1998, when he started investing in single-tenant net lease properties, including a series of Dollar General locations, creating passive income through long-term corporate-backed leases. That early experience as a principal investor shaped his approach to commercial real estate—focusing on cash flow, risk management, and long-term value creation. Before transitioning fully into brokerage, Rob spent 16 years with JELD-WEN, Inc., a
Fortune 500 global manufacturer, where he held senior leadership positions including Director of Sales Operations, Director of eCommerce, and Director of Technical Project Management. In these roles, he led cross-functional teams responsible for revenue operations, enterprise technology initiatives, and digital commerce platforms supporting nationwide sales and distribution networks.
His corporate leadership experience provides a strategic perspective that many brokers lack. Rob approaches commercial real estate as a business platform and investment asset, helping clients evaluate opportunities through financial analysis, operational considerations, and long-term portfolio strategy.
