Carrie Lawson brings deep local roots, a genuine love for people, and a relationship-first approach to real estate in Yamhill County. Born and raised in Yamhill County, Carrie has lived throughout the county and has a firsthand appreciation for the communities, people, and places that make it feel like home.

After spending 20 years as a stay-at-home mom, Carrie pursued a career in real estate as her two children grew older, finding a path that allowed her to continue being present for her family while building a career centered around helping others. Licensed since 2018, she especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, taking the time to educate her clients on the buying process and helping them feel informed, comfortable, and cared for from beginning to end. Naturally skilled at finding common ground and building relationships, Carrie brings an approachable and personal touch to every client experience.

Carrie’s connection to her community extends well beyond real estate. She owns The Twisted Lasso, a boutique in Carlton, and has been heavily involved with the local FFA chapter in Yamhill Carlton via the FFA Alumni. Outside of work, you’ll often find her boating at the lake, traveling to favorite destinations like Florida and Hawaii, or spending time with her husband, her childhood sweetheart of more than two decades, their two children, dogs Phoebe and Captain, and their cats. With strong local ties and a genuine passion for helping people, Carrie is proud to guide friends, neighbors, and new buyers as they find their own place to call home.
